They over charge people them evicted them and steal all there property and belongings. The force their tenants to pay bogus renters insurance from them. They make you pay a fee in every instance to pay your rent. They do this to mostly blacks and Hispanics

In Reply to ******************** review, **************** as of today is behind on rent. He has been taken to court in the past for failure to pay rent and he has required financial assistance from charity's to support his residency.Addressing each complaint as follows:- Theft; All of our employees are vetted. Neither **************** nor any other tenant have ever complained about theft.- ******'s Insurance - is required by all tenants; for the protection of the Landlord and Property Manager - Processing fee. *************** prefers to pay by credit card. Our vendor collects this fee not MVPm. Should any tenant prefer to pay by Money Order, we charge a $5 processing fee - this is not uncommon in Property Management.- Blacks and Hispanics; **************** is playing, "the race card", which in my opinion is disgusting. We've employed and have been of service to a diverse ***** of Americans. - Lastly, All tenants sign the same lease. **************** renewed his lease in 2023 of his own free will - accepting the terms and conditions of that lease. If he did not like the terms of his lease, he could have moved. He can be assured that his lease will not be renewed at expiration in ****.Review from Ken A

A good management company. They do a decent job of communicating the property needs. I get a report of their financial transactions each month; not always the clearest reports to read. The report is always backed up with pictures of the receipts of the transactions.Review from Alexis A

They are aware of a rodent infestation & still willing to rent out to tenants. Properties are inhabitable. Maintenance will not set traps, assist in any way. I had to reach out 3 separate times for a response back, & the response back stated: “******* **** ******* will be addressing the problem. Once of the cause of this problem is tenant behavior. Trash is everywhere. I realize that there are neighboring buildings that are a source of the problem but tenants in 807-809 are also contributing. Until people act more responsibly this problem will persist - even with pest control. **** ****“ I was not given a date for pest control coming out, I was blamed & I’m a new tenant haven’t even been here for a month. Also if the problem is known to continue why are people living here? The buildings need to be condemned as these are unsafe living conditions.
