            I had a pool built in February 2016. They weren't able to put the EcoFinish coating on the pool until April 2016. In that time the pool had shifted slightly because of surrounding water. It cracked in two places. They fixed that, but the concrete steps in the pool are an ongoing issue and they have failed to return my calls. Even the owners personal phone, he wont answer or return calls. i have been to the main office and the doors are locked. When I finally got someone to answer and described my problem, I was told that they lost their contract for ******** due to covid. I personally know people that used to work there that quit for various reasons. They all say that service is horrible and terrible customer service. My issue has been confirmed by in ********* Regional Director to be that they cut corners and used caulking instead of epoxy on joints and seams. ********* will not adhere to caulking or it tears because caulking is flexible. I have to pay for the repairs myself even though it should be covered under 10 warranty still.
