I gave birth to my new born in ************. *** decided to purchase the digital download package after receiving so many discounted offers on 08/31/2024. There were no photos available to download on my link besides the free gift photo. Ive spent over $100 for twelve photos and have not been able to access them, I contacted their customer service email on the same evening and have heard nothing back after nearly two weeks! This is very hurtful to me as I trusted this business to photograph a sweet memory of my baby that I can never get back. Do better MOM365. I need my photos downloadable or a refund.

My experience is similar to so many others. The photographer came into the hospital room, less than 24 hours after I gave birth to my baby. She came in in scrubs, and a hospital ID. She did not disclose that she was from a private company and I did not know she was until she handed me the mom365 card AFTER taking pictures. She played the video- to pull on heart strings and get us emotional then hit us with the astronomical prices. Being that this is our first child we wanted some sort of special memory- so we said okay and went with the *cheapest* of options which was $235 +tax (came to about $250) for 12 DIGITAL photos. A total rip off!!!!! At this point in time its been 12 days since the photos were taken and the money was promptly withdrawn from our bank account.. and I STILL dont have downloadable photos. I am able to see previews with the watermarks but no download option!!!! Of course theres no customer service number, no surprise there. So I filled out the contact us form and you dont even get a human to respond to that!! I got an automated email telling me how to login. (NOT THE ISSUE IM HAVING). I dont know what to do at this point because they have my mom and I have no pictures. Ill be warning moms that will be delivering at that hospital to steer clear. This company is terrible. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

As it seems my experience is similar to the other reviews here. I had my son this week and the photographer took the photos. I paid for printed photos, digital package, a slide show and a 12x12 canvas but did not receive anything! No slide show no link nothing every time we check it is blank. I have reached out to their customer support but have only advise me to sign in and click on the digital package order. Sent numerous of emails and have not heard back. I wish I had read the hundreds of negative reviews before agreeing to their services spent over $400 and doesnt look like Ill be receiving anything. Will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. But am HIGHLY disappointed as I wanted my photos.

I gave birth to my baby almost 5 years ago. I had finally gotten her down for a nap. I was about to go down for a nap. And these two women barged into my hospital room. They woke her up, took some photos, and left me with an awake baby. Five years later, I am still getting emails. I have asked to be removed from their mailing. I did a few times try to buy the photos because they were discounted but their website doesn't work. The few times I tried, it has not worked. Like their unsubscribe button. It doesn't work. The women were rude for not listening to me that I wasn't interested in their services and the company is a scam for not having working website and links. Writing this because again, got another email from them. Five years later and they still leave a sour taste in my mouth. I just wanted sleep and they out right refused me sleep.

I have the same question with all of the people below. I had my baby on 05/17/24. I bought all the photo and video products for over $300 but 3 weeks later I only received 2 iron-on supplements for which I paid $29.99 each. I still haven't received the rest until now. I tried contacting them and sent emails but received no response.

Do not use them!!! I agree with most of these reviews. A lady came into our hospital room 24 hours after I gave birth and we bought the package for both the digital photos and prints. I did not get access to the digital photos until 1 month later and by that time I just wanted a refund. They are trying to deny my refund by falsely stating that I downloaded images from the link they provided when I definitely did not do that. Also - I never received my prints in the mail. I think it is criminal that they are allowed in peoples hospital rooms ( shortly after they give birth) to scam them out of money and I let the hospital where I gave birth know that they need to stop working with them.

They ripped ** off.Their photographer came into our postpartum room at the hospital offering to take newborn pictures. That sounded convenient since we did not even think about getting professional pictures. They allowed you to preview the pictures before paying. I paid ~$200 for the digital download option.But they never sent us the digital downloads of the photographs. So far I have only ever gotten the slideshow that the showed me in the hospital and thumbnail-sized previews of the photos. I called their office TEN times and spoke to employees three or four times. They always promised to provide the downloads. But it's been almost a month and they still have not provided the downloads. I used their Contact Us link on their website and that was even less helpful.

The $90 worth of pictures we ordered **************** were cut off and terrible quality. I have emailed company on two occasions since November and have received no reply. I sent color copies of the prints along with a letter on February 26, 2024 in *** (for tracking purposes) and still have not received a response from this company. Having a company like this come into hospitals into a newborns room and be able to access a newborn is unbelievable to me in the first place considering I cannot locate a phone number for this company any where on there website.
