After saying that they accept Ford x-plan pricing, a discount program for employees, stockholders, etc., they refused to honor it on a new Maverick. Instead they want a 30% markup over MSRP, $10,000. Price Gouging!!!Bo Beuckman Quality Ford Response

Hello ****,Sorry for your misunderstanding. As per ***** Dealers have the option to accept X-Plan at their discretion. In this case the ******** is excluded. However, we are willing to order you a ******** accepting X-Plan when the ordering system re-opens for the 2023 ********.Review from Kristen G

These folks seriously show how a dealership should treat their customers. No heavy sells tactics and 1,000% honesty. After discussing their no haggle price + the $199 fee, I paid $500 down on a 2021 F150 Powerboost 4x4. I then drove 700 miles/10.5 hours from Georgia to meet them late on a Friday evening. When I got there, we realized the price they had given me was $1,000 under the correct/internet price. They admitted they made a mistake and they would honor the price I was e-mailed no questions asked! Of course I was excited to get such a great deal but more so at the integrity these folks showed. Not many companies will just say "it's our mistake, and we're going to own it". When I'm back in the market I will definitely be checking their inventory!!!
