I have never had such a horrible experience when buying a house. My husband and I were literally set to close on our house and they jacked up the closing costs the day before. We will NEVER us or send ANYONE to them. The whole process was really shady as they kept asking for more money and it really felt they were trying to bleed us dry before closing. I feel sorry for the sellers of the house that we were going to buy because they had already closed on their home the day before.

Pretty easy process. My team was responsive and knowledgeable, they even handled the hiccups (that were out of their control) in a timely manner. The dashboard made the experience much easier and faster. When it was closing time, there were only a few documents to sign and it took less than 30 minutes to close.
