Never do business with anyone associated with this company. Everything I had them do 2 years ago has gone wrong. Horrible workmanship

Total disaster! Im out $13000 because they stopped my hardscape project in April and never returned to finish it. The flatwork was never started and the yard is 60% torn up from their skid steers. I havent been able to reach the owners since June.

Disaster. Contracted to replace retaining wall in July 2021. First issue-office girl denied things she previously told us. Started job March 2022 with snow on ground. Unable to see sprinkler heads. Drove large backhoe on lawn, no plywood. Left huge ruts. Broke sprinkler heads and pipes. Lawn had been in excellent shape. New wall supposed to be the same design. They put the retaining wall in one straight shot and then just laid blocks where our first tier had been. Instead of building a wall then lowing blocks to build second tier, we just have one wall with row of blocks dividing bushes from the tree-pointless. They started to lower the wall as a tier but about 18” from blocks they had laid around bushes, and halfway in front of tree. Looked like afterthought and stupid. Just had them put blocks the same level all around instead of a tier in middle of tree for no good reason. Sidewalk was supposed to retain rocks installed. But they are higher than sidewalk so don’t stay in. They attempted to repair broken sprinkler heads and damaged pipe. We wouldn’t know if it was okay until we had sprinkler system turned on. A crew came and threw down grass seed and hay. Said they would come back as often as necessary to get lawn back in shape. We had sprinkler system turned on in May. Had broken pipes and heads not installed correctly. Sprinkler company repaired everything. Salesman said they would cover the cost of sprinkler repair and he would throw don more seed. Because in May, lawn still had many bare spots. It took over a month of texting to finally get a check. Had been texting salesman finally called office girl who said was holding check because salesman said we didn’t get it and we’d pick up new one. Knew nothing of this. Finally picked up June 30. No one ever came to put down grass seed! So after a year we have a retaining wall that is not what we wanted, rocks on sidewalk, and yard with unsightly spots. Will have to have a company come to fix lawn.
