On July 4, 2021 we lost our 32-year-old home to a fire. It was a pretty devastating time and to say we were left with the clothes on our back pretty much sums it up. We were so fortunate that no one was hurt. We had no idea where to turn or what to do. The insurance company recommended we find a builder as soon as possible since building materials etc were compromised due to the pandemic. One of our friends gave us the name of Comia Home Builders. The owner, ***** ***** came over right away to assess the mess we were in. He and his crew started cleaning up right away. He worked tirelessly with the insurance company, contracted framers, subs and secured permits etc with the City. It was amazing and he was so enthusiastic which made things so much easier. ******* architect was very knowledgeable and steered us through the plans as well. We had great subs and ***** and his crew were so excellent to work with. Since this was not anything we planned at this time of our lives, we were starting from scratch. They guided us with ideas and helped us choose good materials. They worked so hard to get us back in our home. ***** is a perfectionist, so everything had to be done or redone to meet his standards. We are back home and love this beautiful new floorplan and can't say enough about ***** ***** and his people. Great experience! ***** and *******************

Comia Homebuilders had put a new roof on our son's house and they were very pleased so we decided to use this company as well. ***** was very attentive to our needs. He worked with us to getting our new roof as soon as the weather allowed.

After taking time to do our research we decided to hire Comia Homebuilders to replace our roof, skylights, gutters, downspouts, and chimney chase cover and cap. We were completely satisfied with the job that Comia Homebuilders did. The owner, *****, is experienced in all areas of homebuilding and improvement. He is detail oriented and has very high standards with each part of the project. He is willing to provide any info needed and answer any questions. His goal is 100% customer satisfaction. And his prices are very competitive. I feel he is honest and does not cut corners just to increase his profit. We are happy we went with Comia Homebuilders and would definitely hire them again for future projects. Our new roof looks great and it is a relief to know it was installed properly. Also everyone who worked on the projects were pleasant and polite. Each part of the project was done on time and as promised.

I have had Comia Home Builders do three jobs for me in the last month - roof, chimney tuck pointing and gutter guards.I not only saved thousands of dollars, but it was a pleasure working with him and his crew.They took the time to make sure every thing was perfect.He was very patient with me when I thought I saw a problem, but I was wrong.He was willing to do whatever to keep me happy.He was recommended to me by a relative and I would certainly recommend him to you to trust with your next project.
