            I have used Toennies several times including for a new home build. The technicians were are always knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. The office/customer ********************** is also always friendly. I am rating them 3 stars because of questionable billing on my last service. The technician was at my home for 2.25 hours, but I received a bill for 3.5 hours of labor. In addition, the bill stated the materials included ****** cabling, but based on prior conversations, the work did not require new copper cabling. I've asked for clarification on why I was billed for copper cabling, but was unable to get a response. After I requested that the bill be adjusted for the proper labor hours, the company did adjust the bill to 2.5 labor hours and insisted the extra labor time billed was for because they didn't charge me a service call fee that was not mentioned at the time the appointment. While the service has been good, the billing practices and communication with customers have room to improve.
