      I am forced to use this company through my employer if I want minimal costs. I am on medication that I can not stop cold turkey. My medicine was supposed to arrive April 17. I called on April 16 and was told it would arrive April 20. They told me if I had a problem with the fact that they promised delivery and would miss it, I could contact my doctor and ask her to call me in a 5 day supply to a local, brick and mortar pharmacy. And I could pay the cost for that too. I submitted my refill well before I was out of medicine. This is the 2nd time this has happened in 2 years. I found that with a coupon I could get the same medicine from ****** for $3 dollars more, bypassing insurance and the need to use Express Scripts. If you are forced to use this company like I am, there are workarounds. Do not feel like you are trapped with them.

      Worst service out there. I moved when my next set of meds was shipping. Called them on my shipping day and stated I was no longer at my address. Was told not to worry because I had done an updated address with the post office my meds would still come to my house. A month later I still have no meds and when I called today was told they had already shipped the meds out so there is no way to get them now. This means I am three months without medications I need.

      The absolute worst pharmacy company to deal with. There is always an issue filling a prescription and when you resolve that issue magically a new issue arises holding up delivery of your medication. They will blame your doctors or insurance company but never take responsibility to the fact that they are messing around with your health and well being.

      Delay and denial of medication. I am a type 1 diabetic. I use decom to monitor my glucose with an insulin pump. Express scripts would not ship my sensors saying it was too soon which was strange since the took over for TRS in January and never shipped sensors so when I requested my 90 supply in April they denied itwell I ran out of sensors and had to call 4 times for a total of 6 hours on hold or told it was resolved. Then on the 4th call they wanted payment before they shipped. Okay this all sounds a little ***** but understand 6 hours on the phone saying the same thing to different agents being told every time that the order will ship and seeing on website the order is cancelled is not right. Now express scripts is telling they can not fill my Novolog prescription which I have been using in my insulin pump for 2 yearsagain should not be a big deal but they said the doctor who prescribed needs to complete some form in order for me to get this insulin. I just want everyone to know that Express scripts is delaying medication that impacts seniors. One more note there is currently no way to give express script feedback. I have tried submitting feedback on website and in the app and I get and error every time. They should not be allowed to do business.

      VERY POOR performance and customer service. Tried for over 3 months to get meds shipped. Then they wanted $700 per month to fill it. Hold times have exceeded 45 minutes just to get transferred to another department when someone finally answers. Finally told them twice to cancel the prescription. But they still kept calling.

      I have been trying for 3 months to get my prescription and I have been getting the run around. 1st, if there is an issue with the prescription or my insurance its there responsibility to talk to each other, not mine but Accredo refused. They already charged my insurance at this point but I still cant order my prescription.

      The worst service. Support is clueless and cant do anything until they put the Prescription through an insanely rigorous process. They are happy to take the insurance money but slow to issue the prescription after it has been approved and has auth from insurance.

      Address confirmations every 3 deliveries even though address is constantly being confirmed thru phone calls. Unhelpful associates who can't seem to pull history. Delays without notice on medicines constantly.

      They are just a scam pharmacy that you get forced to use. They do anything and everything to not fill your prescription and cause nothing but headaches. I have been trying to get my meds since Jan 1 of this year. Got the pre authorization and approval from my insurance and my doctor has sent in a refill prescription no less than 5 times. Accredo constantly says they do not have this information and refuses to send my medication when I know they have all of the information they need. This happens every year like clockwork, they give the same song and dance trying not to send it. I am currently 4 months behind on doses now because they will not refill my prescription. If you have an option to use anybody other than this place, do it.
