Worst mortuary ever owe my family money refuse to answer our phone calls Ron was bishop West asst he was horrible very rude and disrespectful to me we were told we had to have two limos because of social distance order which had been lifted several week prior so we paid for second limo which was not there to pick us up so siblings had to drive there own cars when service was over there was the second limo they know we should have been refunded but refuses to answer our calls and never return any calls I was had to stand up when we went into office to make payment and go over service arrangements yet Ron was seated there was 3 of us a plus Ron in this small over crowed office Ron made a very offensive inappropriate comment when he thought I didn't speak even if I didn't (which I did) we were mourning the lost of our mother he had no compassion nor sympathy for our family thru this whole process, he assumed he could take my sister into the office alone and collect the money and go over final arrangements when asked if she could get her sisters his response was no you the pay piper for all this she said no we all are the pay pipers whatever that means I litterly had to walk myself and my other sister into that office I called st.Louis country office found out the Bishop had basically lied to us about limo very disappointed. The sister church we paid to use was horrible as well they had the who sound board place directly in front of the phew were we are to sit and they actually set use there until I told my siblings to move to the next row everyone working there had on jeans sneakers and tee shirts so unprofessional they didn't even cut the grass.I sent Bishop West a very personal email I got a response from the sectary saying the email would be presented to their board,pretty sure that never happened. The one thing they got right was preparing my mom she looked beautiful hat off to that person the only one at Granberry that did there job.
