In Feb 2024 I signed a contract with this contractor & mailed in the required deposit on 2/29/24. I was told the estimated time frame they could get to the job would be 8-10 weeks. Since signing the contract, I have had buyer's remorse. I contacted the contractor on 4/2/24 & again 4/3/24 to have them take me off their schedule and requested my deposit be refunded. I was told by a lady who answered the phone, they don't refund deposits. Their contract does not state the deposit is nonrefundable. On Friday 4/5/24, I received a phone call from *************************** who told me the contract is binding which I don't dispute. However, I am a senior citizen and the amount of the deposit ($580.00) is a big hit to my budget. Since this contract was signed my financial situation has changed and I can no longer afford the total contract amount of $2900.00. I am sincerely requesting that Perma Jack of St. Louis partially refund my deposit, and perhaps keep out 10-20% for their efforts in visiting my home and preparing the drawing and bid.Review from Jim T

Permajack just finished our foundation ******* system. Couldnt be happier. From getting our bid from ****, too the guys on the crew. They were professional, friendly, and kept a clean work area. They definitely knew what they were doing. Went above and beyond. Thank you so much. ***************************

I hired Perma **** to install a sump pump drain system all around the perimeter of my basement. From the very beginning they were upfront with me on recommendations and cost. Very reasonably priced. Upfront with time frame and were right on with how long it would take from start to finish.***** and his crew were great !!They had their work cut out for them and an excellent job from start to finish. Very polite and explained everything in detail to what they were doing and at end of each day showed me what they had accomplished for the day. I have a ************************************ the basement. The floors are uneven so ***** recommended a solution to how he could install the water proofing System that would catch all the water if it ever came thru the stone walls. He was right on with his suggestion. My basement looks great and its all thanks to ***** and his great crew. They are all very hard working and take great pride in their job and I was their main priority, making sure I was happy with the end results.I highly recommend Perma **** and highly recommend ***** and his crew. Perma Jack recently installed a perimeter drain system in my basement. As an interior designer, Ive worked with literally hundreds of different contractors on projects large and small. Perma Jack is absolutely one of the best contractors that Ive ever worked with! The office staff, salesperson, and crews were all polite, responsive, and professional. This was a big job that involved using Jack hammers to break out concrete and what seemed like an endless parade of wheelbarrows hauling new concrete back in. There were no surprises, the job started and finished when they said it would and they left my basement looking great. I would highly recommend Perma Jack of St. Louis.
