Two years ago I had a house fire. Dynamic Restoration was hired to do the repairs. I am elderly and feel I have been taken advantage of. The work that was completed was not quality. The heating and air system installed had to be replaced (the units were too small),this happened because I had someone unrelated come and inspect it, my brand new roof needs replaced , they did not replace the water soaked sub floor only covered it with new flooring and the floor is spongy and the vinyl planks are popping up, my back door will not lock and rain comes through it, my sliding doors also have issues that they did not fix, trim is falling off throughout the house, dry wall is already cracking throughtout the house, they had to fix the electical as live wires were left exposed, insulation was not replaced under the floor of the house, several interior doors will not close, crawl space windows were not replaced leaving that cold/hot air to come straight through and the floors are cold. I contacted the attorney general and filed a complaint. **** came back and did some of the work but now will not return my calls to finish the job. I have paid him well over 250K and I expect my home in good working order. I need my home fixed. I am elderly, he has been paid for the job and I have been taken advantage of.
