            Horrible Service! Unfortunately my home warranty company sent this business to my home. The gentleman told me that there was a mini fuse box hidden in a wall or my ceiling. He said that i would need to open either the wall or ceiling to find the missing box. Told me that he would call home warranty ask for more time to find that box. In the mean time i asked him if he checked all of the junction boxes. He said he did. He said he would call me back on Friday and tell me what was going on with the warranty company. He did not. I contacted him he told me he would call me back. He did not! Ended up having another electrical company come out. The first junction box the walked up to they opened it and the wires were loose! ??????? They tightened everything and everything works now! I paid this man $75 for NOTHING! And he almost had me rip the ceiling out of my basement. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! He didnt check the junction boxes like i asked. And he couldnt even find a simple loose wire!

            Was dispatched by home warranty service for failed electrical receptacles. Location is **** miles from shop. Initial dispatch covers travel and 30 minutes of service call. Upon arrival there were several receptacles out in separate locations. Several outlets were removed and checked to no avail. Went into basement for further diagnostics and found over half a dozen junction boxes with wires routed in all directions. Several were checked, and a 4 circuit fuse box was found in ceiling that customer said they were unaware of. After a little more than an hour on site we advised that we would need to get approval for more time and we MAY need to scope into the covered portion of the basement ceiling to find possible hidden junctions. The $75 collected was the deductible for the warranty service to be collected by service provider before start of services.

            You accepted business from my home warranty. The distance to my home has nothing to do with me. No outlets were removed! If the first junction boxed was check (right inside our basement) like i asked he would have found loose wires. We almost ripped the ceiling out of my basement because it was told to me he needed to drill holes in my ceiling to run a camera. (It was not a maybe) 3/4 of the visit was searching for another mini circuit box. He states he didn't have the equipment he needed to do that that day to run a camera In ceiling so he would have to return. Future suggestion check all the circuit boxes and junction boxes (all not several) first! And note you didn't even have the courtesy to call us back when you said you would not once but twice. Just trying to warn people of how you really handle business.

            The kitchen countertop receptacle was removed and checked as was the one in the bedroom. Several boxes in basement were checked and others were traced. Saying we may need to drill a few holes does not equate into tearing entire ceiling out. We said we would call with an update and you called us twice before we could acquire said update. Everyone is running long days with understaffed conditions. Your $75 deductible was paid and your issue was taken care of. I would appreciate you stop trying to cancel my small business over such a trivial matter. You did not contact us directly for service nor were we under any kind of contract that was broken. Sorry for what is at most an inconvenience in your day.
