    I called Mister Electric I needed some new smoke detectors I figured that they would brings some with them but they did not bring any with them. He went outside to check my electric box and he came back in and he stated that it was horrible. He detached some of the smoke detectors and then he left and he tightened a screw. I gave him a $100 check that included a additional $30.00 that would waive the service fee if I needed to call them back out. He left and I realized that I have one alarm that is in use. I called the next day to see if someone could back out and I was told that their was someone in my area and they would be by. They never showed up and I called back three times. Now I received a letter that states they would take my home. I do not want this business to take my home.

    Promised they'd assess the problem and fix if electrical. If not, recommend other services. Said issue was switch on well tank and they replaced it. Charged over $600. Problem returned. Called another electrician. He said it wasn't faulty pressure switch and recommended calling service from well professional. Also said that the cost of what previous guy did should have been no more than about $150! Had to have new well tank installed which is costing less than Mr Electric's service call! We feel ripped off. We believe we're owed some refund.
