I've had Delta Dental insurance my whole adult life. I am now 65. Delta has been there for me through all the years. Always friendly and helpful on the phone. I never had to follow up on and payments. I highly recommend and young person getting dental insurance to start your adult life with Delta Dental on your side. You will have a healthy smile.

Delta Dental would not disclose their *** charges that they refer to "in all their documentation" covered under "MY INSURNCE PLAN". This really appears to be a misleading and deceptive practice. I need this this information to be able to compare cost differences for possible future out of pocket costs with out of Network providers that could be over the *** allowed by Delta Dental. We are trying to make a decision to stay local and continue services for our family ************** we have been with for over 30 years, If costs could be extensive for additional out of pocket costs, and I need to be looking else where. If we cannot make this decision we may have to wait **** months to get into another dentist office when we need it. VERY frustrating when DELTA gives you an acronym "***" but will not disclose at request to put a $$ to what they will pay at a given point in time. For anyone trying to plan ahead and not be forced to leave your longtime family ************** because you cannot get the information to make a wise financial decision, Beware! Delta is not cooperative.

My dental office has faxed there requested info several times and they claim they never received it. Delta said I need to call dental office and have them send it yet again! I pay for a service and I have to coordinate the info.
