              I used my debit card for an on line purchase. I never got my product and my money is gone along with a fee for using my **** debit card. For 2 days I called the credit union seeking help and each time was transferred constantly with each telling me a complaint was made or a complaint was not made. I broke down with an anxiety attack. As of today I still don't feel comfortable or safe that a report was taken or that this will be resolved. This is horrific customer service

              They allowed someone to use my identity to get a loan. I have file a police report to get to the bottom of it. It has now it my credit and brought it down 50 points for non payment. I was told it would be on hold until the investigation is over. Well that was a lie. I can’t get anyone to call me back and when I do it’s a bunch of blah blah blah. This need to be removed because I didn’t apply for a $12,000 loan. My next step is to sue the company which my lawyer is working on it now. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. Someone definitely dropped the ball on this one. Get this shit off of my credit now!!
