              A home was build and purchased from KAB in 11/2021. We had concerns about the debris pile in the back of the property taking up 16 foot of the yard. We were informed they had a water drainage ordinance for a select amount of time they were following before they could move it. Since then we’ve had rain direct into the backyard causing an almost 14 inch creek type hole as well as poor drainage creating a stagnant pond of water until it dries. Now that we have the ditch and the pile of debris in our yard we have less than 25% of our purchased property from them that is useable. I’ve since emailed KAB multiple times about this issue and the safety concerns I have. Every email and photos I’ve sent them has been to this day in time gone unanswered or ignored.

              Just as soon as you close with KAB, they will drop you. **** and ***** do not return phone calls. They requested to show my house as a finished product to a prospective buyer. I prepared my home, and they did not call or show twice! They do not finish yards, and the finished work of their subdivisions is nothing short of a terrible eye sore. My neighbor has a manhole in their backyard, and KAB refuses to fix it or return calls. Shameful business. They take your money and run. I would give zero stars if it was an option.
