NO WARRANTY, NO HONOR?!?!Dishonest. I have proof of at least 12+, maybe 20 instances, documented via text or witnessed onsite as blatant lies, poor work quality etc.1. Within a couple weeks of moving in, I had a WATER LEAK in a bedroom. Plumber didn't properly shield water lines & a couple baseboard trim nails punctured a couple lines. It was the main cluster that comes through the slab into the home so it was a lot of lines in & out. It should have been shielded and the 2x4 wall widened to 2x6" to accommodate. True lack of detail, ******************* ***** NEVER ONCE visited to see leak or fix. I literally had to make the wall repairs & dehumidify/save the floor myself. 2. In the beginning I saw a 12" galvanized culvert & reminded him it was 15" min by CODE. AND I personally as the home owner wanted a concrete approach from the road so I wanted a 15" with concrete approach so I don't have to worry about future wash out issues & wasted expense. FOUR or five days later I visit the site and he literally bought in a load of Rock $550, charged me for the Skid Steer installation time AND for the cost of the 12" culvert. Of course I called him & said, "*****, what in the world? We had an entire phone call about code being 15" and I didn't want the wasted cost here." His reply was that he knows the inspectors and won't have any issues. THAT IS NOT THE POINT. It's not what I asked for my drive. Not the same material or end result.3. ***** says a lot of things..."i'll build that out *****," "I'll get someone out here to get that finished", etc. He literally never does even the simplest of tasks. I'm paying to have the home built & yet I personally did a LOT of the work and FIXED countless mistakes or sloppy work by subcontractors that ***** ******* should be holding to a certain standard and maybe even a few where there should have been CHARGEBACKS but he doesn't have the spine to stand up for his clients. Subcontractors OWN him and they know it.
