Work was completed in a timely manner. Employees were neat and friendly with cleanup being done when finished.

This company is the best! I had 2 big jobs done and they were on time and professional and did a great job!

they play email tag. they do not give a time frame of when they are coming. they give a big of way too much money. the owner if very, very rude on the phone when I call him out of his faults.

This company is a complete waste of time! Had an appointment for a simple chimney sweep, nothing complicated at all to be done between 10am-Noon. No call, no show so finally sent an email to the owner asking what happened and miraculously they immediately call me but no response on the other end when I answer the phone so I call them back and lady says they had an equipment problem!?!? What a joke

I contacted another company but they didn't ****** chimneys again I until March; I needed the work done since October. ***** explained everything in depth. He and his crew were there on time, did everything we agreed to and cleaned up the debris before leaving. They replaced my chimney cap and crown, relined and tuckpointed my chimney and sealed the chimney brick. I recommend this company.

Called to make an appointment, I scheduled it for the first available appointment. They told me the date because they said they would be in my area. I took off work so I would be home for the appointment (they gave me no time frame). They called me a few weeks later saying they needed to change my appointment because they overbooked/would be in my area. I said I had already taken off work (I can't just drop everything and leave my job when they call that they are on their way). They said they would keep my appointment. They called the day before my appointment to confirm, I talked to them, everything was set up. The day of my appointment, I wait around. No one called and no one came to my house. I called them several times during their "business hours" and no answer. Awful customer service. Won't be getting my business. I would not call this place a professional business. Definitely better off paying more money to go to a more reliable, professional company.

Since I have not used my fireplace frequently, I had not realized that my old chimney cap had come apart or that you needed to have chimney's cleaned and inspected periodically. James ******** was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done to get the fireplace working again. They replaced my chimney cap and crown as well as relined and tuckpointed my chimney. I also had them seal the brick on my house The crew that did the work, showed up on time, were very thorough and professional and there was not mess. I appreciated their work.

We had a very unique situation that needed prompt attention with our home. This included masonry repair & replacement to match existing stones, excavating exterior wall as necessary for repairs, grinding & tuckpointing mortar joints, drywall repair, paint, and more. The Owner & his entire crew, as well as their office manager, were completely professional, honest, knowledgeable. dependable and extremely easy to work & communicate with. They freely and honestly answered any questions we had along the way and were always punctual. They erected a tented area inside to avoid any dust or debris inside our home. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. We are totally and pleasantly pleased with everything they did and the manner in which they worked & communicated. Talented, mannerly and honest people! We would not hesitate to recommend this company to any of our friends or relatives for any services they offer.

I wish I would have read some of these reviews, as my Bad Experience with this company was the same as many others. From the beginning they were going to charge a fuel charge that i was More than Happy to pay, since their company is in Hillsboro and the chimney cleaning job is in Jennings. I wish they would have told me they just weren't ever going to show up. They never showed up for the scheduled appointment, then i called and called, left Multiple messages with NO return call. I finally had a friend call with me on the line and they picked up immediately. the girl on the phone said they tried to call me and that they never received my messages, which cannot be true. They either blocked my number or identified me as a caller they wouldn't answer. I'm an adult and can take news that they're not going to do my job... Now i'm out many weeks to prepare for a house sale with very little time to get done. I definitely would not recommend this company which is a shame because the advertisement on KMOV makes them sound so amazing. They can just be honest with their customers!!
