              Per a proposal All Brick did tuck pointing July 18th, 2022. The new mortar color was extremely different and sloppy. ***************************** said he would redo the work, which he did August 11, 2022, but the replacement was still off in color. he acid washed September 19, 2022 and said that the color would be better in a few weeks. We left shortly after that for the winter and when we returned, the color was did not change and did not match. It still looked horrible. See photos. It was also coming apart, breaking up etc. I called ******* and left a message and advised him that I did not want him to try again, but I would like my money refunded (Total job was $3,500.00 paid July 18. 2022, ) ******* never returned my call. We would like a full refund of $3500.00 as we have to have all their work redone and I may add at a higher price.

              All Brick did a great job. The price was very reasonable, and they were able to schedule work on my house right away. The guys on the team were all friendly and kept the surroundings as clean as possible. The work itself was high quality and the results look great. Basically, All Brick gets high marks across the board and Id recommend them for anyone in need of tuckpointing.
