I bought a bedroom set online on a Tuesday, I paid extra for the 3-4 day shipping. I did not hear anything but they took the money out of my account. I call on Thursday and talked to **** who said they are almost done getting it now I should get an email by the end of day or Friday Morning. By midday Friday I still did not have an email. I tired to call back got no answer. I called one of the stores and they said they could not look up the order as it was online, but they gave me a few different number to try. Could not get a hold of anyone for days. I left voicemail, emailed and called all of the number. Tuesday was the first time I talked to anyone and I was told only **** can help and he was out of the office. Later that day I got an email saying my order was canceled, lack of inventory. I paid for 3-4 day shipping so it should have been there by Monday but they didn't even have it. Also at this time I do not have my refund so I can not even go to a different store.Review from Ronald K

After expressing my needs to the salesperson I was guaranteed that I was making the right purchase when in fact it has been one of the worst experiences ever. The first mattress sold to me caused extreme back and hip pain and slept extremely hot even while being labeled as cooling. I returned the mattress, paid an over an additional $600 for the "upgrade" and another $190 for an accessory and had the same pain and extremely hot experience plus I found out that the second mattress was a "floor model" and sold to me as new without any notice from the salesperson verbally or on the sales forms. I only found out from the tag attached to the mattress. I notified the store twice and after a week was finally contacted and instead of trying to remedy the problem was told not only that it has to be my fault the pain was being caused but they were shipped and sold floor model mattresses from the factory all the time and there was nothing they could do. I have been a customer of the ********************** for over ten years. **************** is poor. I have purchased an adjustable bed the motor is giving me problems it started with a loud noise now it malfunctions. Purchased a warranty the warranty company is giving me the run around and so is the general manager of the bedroom store. I am disabled and depends on the bed working. Please beware of ******* and the bedroom store not honoring warranties and taking advantage of the elderly.
