              On 3/9/2021 An account I had with the bank had the money transferred out $500. I told them when I opened the account I did not want any way to remove money from account, connect to phone, internet etc. That if I needed the money I would come in to do a withdrawal. The money was withdrawn and sent to another state. They told me the name of the person and when asked about getting my money back, I was told I would get it back but they needed to go through a process. When I told them I was going to file a police report they told me no, not to contact the police. I filed a report with the police. About a month later they called and told me they would give me a cashers check, then called back in about 15 minutes and said no check they had more things to do first. I never received my money. I am on disability and that is close to a full months income. They have still not given me back my money. I would be more than happy to provide officers name on the report given, she checked into it and has all the details.
