I dont recommend Bommarito Ford in ********* for any service work or for a new vehicle purchase. I purchased a premium maintenance plan at the time I purchased a new F350 thru Bommarito. ******** was not honest about the plan and number of times I could bring the truck in for maintenance with the plan. The service department continually makes mistakes, from wrong engine oil put in engine to technicians flat out not performing the work, but invoice would show the work was completed, not changing oil or rotating tires. Also, during a past service experience, I got my truck back with oily handprints all over the fenders and front bumper which looked intentionally placed with fresh engine oil, to grease marks on the fabric of driver seat, console, and passenger headrest. I was never reimbursed for a car wash as promised and they did a poor attempt at cleaning the grease marks from the upholstery. The service manager, during a call today, suggested a few times that I take my truck to a smaller dealership who handles a smaller volume of vehicles thru the service department, or to take my truck to a mom-and-pop shop, since Bommarito keeps getting it wrong. The service manager offered no compensation for having to return the following day to have corrected oil put in engine, top off fluids, and put proper air pressure in tires. Still put wrong air pressure in tires even though the service advisor asked me 4 times and was also printed on the work order. Service Manager also refused to provide funding when asked for next two oil changes stilled owed to me since he suggested I take my truck to a service provider that can handle a smaller volume of vehicles. The service manager made it clear he didnt care about customer service or the customer.Review from Tim C

I was shone a picture of a 2020 F250 ford. It looked nice. We I went to look at it they had taken off the cattle guard. when purchasing the vehicle I told them about the cattle guard missing and I was told the they would fix it along with fixing the bottom front shield. They also said they would replace the backup camera. They agreed to replace the tires with new tires. They called and said the tires we're in. When dropping the vehicle off I told them that there was headlights out and the passenger side mirror heat did not work. The manager that was working with me was very rude They kept the truck for 2 weeks and didn't hear anything. I called and I was told he was trying to get a hold of me but was texting the wrong number. How can they pass inspection with headlights out. Picking up the truck the backup camera, hole from the cattle guard and side mirror we're not fixed They also replaced the tires with used tires. I checked the tread are the spare tire against the tires they put on. There was almost 1\4 of an inch difference. Comment was we will leave them opened. That was over a month ago and still have not any been contacted. I bought several vehicles before. I thought the were reputable company. On 9/26/2022, I spoke with ***** and informed him my 2006 **** Explorer XLT was making a loud bus sound when accelerating. I told ************ recently replaced my old fan clutch with a brand new one 2 weeks ago. I paid the $200.00 diagnostic fee. ***** explained to me that I needed a fan clutch wire assembly. He explained that the fan clutch wire assembly is separate from the actual fan clutch. He mentioned fixing the fan clutch wire assembly, the loud noise will be resolved. I approved the repair because according to ************ will not hear the loud noise in my car anymore. He told me that the total bill will be $320.00 parts and labor included. I had to return 9/27/22, at 9:30am. Later, ***** called. I asked ***** did they still hear the noise, and I was told no. When I picked up my car, I told ***** that I would do a test drive. ***** agreed. During the test drive I still heard the loud noise. I returned and told ***** that I still heard the noise in my car. ***** asked if I could return the next day 9/28/2022. Because I already paid $520.00, and the issue was not fixed I agreed to come. Later, ***** said the noise I am hearing is normal. How can this be normal if I am bringing the car in because this is a new sound I never heard before? He stated that the diagnostic did not pick up anything and I have nothing to worry about. I asked if the noise was fixed, and ***** said no. I asked to speak to the manager. I explained to ****** ********************* (manager) that the problem that I came into **** is still there. She said visibly looking under my hood, wires were exposed and that is why they needed to change out the fan clutch wire assembly. I did not specifically ask them to fix that unless it would fix the loud noise. ****** said there is nothing more that can be done. I am requesting a full refund of $550.83, the loud noise that I came in for has not been fixed. I only approved for wires to be replaced if it would fix the problem and that did not happen.Review from Vincent W

I dropped my edge this morning (09/17) for maintenance. I intended to do an oil change but the service representative recommended a few items such as transmission oil change etc. He said the total should be around $450 before tax. I said OK. When it was finished, he said the final cost is $640 and I was so shocked. He then went back and did some calculation and it went to $537. I still do not see how $450 plus tax can add up to $537. This $537 is also not the same price on the invoice ($599 on the invoice). So basically their service charge is just a random number, not based on the actual work. If you do not pay attention, you will be scammed by a lot. I will not come back again. it is a very dishonest place to do your service there.Review from TiAnna F

I bought my car 6 weeks ago and have not received my title. I have called and left voicemails. I am having no luck because they have yet to return my phone calls. One of the financial reps said that I would receive my title within a week plus a check for the late fee that has now been added onto the registration fees. I am unable to register my car and get my license plates for my vehicle because I dont have the title. I purchased the vehicle on 12/15/2021.Review from Richard A

y personal experience wasn't pleasant at all in April / May, 2021. My son was in his senior year at ************ The 2013 **** Fusion had four different recalls on the vehicle. I talked to service when I enter the building. They kept our vehicle for a whole week and never offered my son a loaner. We had no problems with the car and he drove everyday to school and work on weekends.************************* did my paperwork and had a young man named ***** called me a week later, to tell me that a sensor needed replaced and the cost would be $400.00.I called back to speak to ****************** and the young man that answered the phone said that he was on the phone with a customer. I called back and was told that he left early to go and play golf. I spoke to ***** who was the head person in charged.He replied that he didn't know, then I ask for a supervisor and I received a call back from *****. I explained to ***** when I bought the car in for the recalls that it wasn't nothing wrong with the vehicle. ***** told me that he wasn't going to go back and forth with me over$400.00 bucks. So he would pay to fix the sensor so the check engine light would go out. I called my sister which has worked for **** twenty eight years. She advised me to call **** Corporate, I just don't trust taking my car back to Bommarito Ford. We bought the 2013 **** Fusion, 2019 ****** ***** and a 2020 ****** Rogue within the last three years.Review from Rita S.

This company advertises a ************ credit card as part of their available finance options and as a part of their rewards program. However, there is no credit card. The site to apply has been unavailable for weeks although its still advertised and the service representatives are still pitching it as an option. This was a complete inconvenience when looking into service options. They also scheduled a same day service for a diagnosis that did not go well. I was reassured that my service you be same day and that I would be able to have my car back the same day. When I got there I was told there were 15 people ahead of me for a service appointment and that I would have to pick my car up the next day. I was not offered anything for this inconvenience after I had specifically asked for same day service. I feel lied to as a consumer and after several more lies my trust in them flew out the window.
