ref complaint ID ********, The response from Jim Miles Garage mis-stated the original problem I had previous to taking my car to them. I had the code read by two different sources as well as at Miles Garage. All three were the same "misfire in cylinder #1". The first thing in the response says "misfire in cylinder #3" which was wrong. Further, **** told me when I picked up my car that the warranty would cover only exactly what they worked on. So if I have a problem with cylinder #1 again I'm not sure if they would say they fixed #3 and I have no coverage. Also, my invoice says any warranty work must be done by Miles Garage while the warranty copy they gave me upon request says there many places I could take my car. The response also does not mention that I took my car to them on Aug. 09th and gave it back to me Oct 29th. this makes makes me feel that they are at least sloppy and maybe incompetent. So if warranty work is needed, I would not want to take my car back there. Am I stuck? And I asked **** twice what machine shop worked on my cylinder head and he would not answer that or who the dealer was. Why did they have to take my car to a dealer for diagnosis? I went to them thinking they were a professional garage.Thank you for your time,*****************************
