      Just wanted to take a minute to share about ***'s Auto Repair. I have been a customer of ***'s for about two years. I have been to the *********** center and now regularly go to the North ******** shop. I go for most normal maintenance procedures, inspections and repairs, when needed. **** and ****, at ********, have always taken the time to answer my questions, given me my options, when present and have not tried to upsell me on things that aren't needed yet, In other words they have been fair and honest with me. The work has always been done in a professional manner and in a timely way. **** knows me on a first name basis and that is friendly and good, old fashioned service and good business. Their long, family owned history and mission statement are taken seriously. Thank you all---you are appreciated. ************

      Couldn't ask for a better place to have your vehicle worked on. They replaced the water pump on my 2014 Edge which isn't an easy job they kept me informed daily and was very prompt on doing the work from here on out they will be my go to mechanic. Highly recommend them

      Did not fix car on appointment date, then wanted to keep car all weekend. Not completed when promised, car did not get fixed, and was charged for two hours of diagnostics. They released the car and did not plug in oil pressure switch they unplugged during diagnostics. Only needed plugs and wires, and oil pressure switch. ***** failed to repair the car after having car for 48 hours. Very disappointed in how I as treated and service.

      ****, after speaking with you, I feel its necessary to explain again what occurred. We did not complete the repairs that we estimated, not because we didnt care or werent trying to finish the car, but because the job that the technician had before your car ran over the allotted time which, unfortunately, threw our schedule off. My service writer contacted your wife somewhere between 1-2pm on Friday and informed her that it was going to be difficult to finish before the weekend. She said that although she preferred it to be finished, she understood if it was not.The two hours you state we charged you for diagnostic time was the estimated ignition repair time. You were charged 1.5 hours which is our standard diagnostic rate and was also approved by your wife.Your comment that it only needed plugs, wires, and a switch infers that we did not perform any diagnosis and was easy to evaluate. That is not the case. We guarantee our diagnosis and repairs, therefore we complete a thorough check out of the problems and that does take the time you were charged. I apologize for the wire being left off. The technician left it unplugged, thinking the job was going to be approved. When your wife arrived to pick up the vehicle before the repairs could be completed, it was forgotten. I agree that it should not have happened and that was a mistake on our part, I do apologize.We have performed service on all your vehicles for some time and I ask that you give us the benefit of the doubt. We are not perfect, but we try to accommodate, as much as possible, all our customers. You included.
