I called Master's Touch on June 13th 2022 left a voicemail called another shop and made an appointment bill the owner called me back stating that shop was not good and he is Christian and I should come there. I brought my car in for overheating on June 14th I got call from bill that repairs would be 1,604.68 taxes and all and everything would be fixed, that he warranty his parts and work. I came back Friday the 17th he said he went through everything test drove it ran my car for an hour it wasn't overheating. Then said price was 1,794.98 I said that's not what you told me on the phone so he agreed and then changed price backed to first quote I pay 1,604.00 on the drive home my car overheats I call him back he tells me bring it back because it's the weekend it will look at it Monday. I get a text message with a quote for 549.00 for a radiator fan assembly I call him he tells me on the phone I'm covering the cost I just need you to approve the work because I warranty you the first time. I said ok thank you. Then I get another call and text that I have a specialty fan that cost 397.00 and he will now need me to commit to paying another 260.00 before finishing the repair I research the parts he's charging me are much less the fan he said is 397.00 is 136.00 at most the first part he replaced and charged me 541.00 for only cost 249.00 at most so I came in to Monday the 20th to ask about the difference and had my sister with me for witness bill became very hostile and rude. He shouted "you are poor, I was doing you a favor you just want something for nothing," I never raised my voice, cursed and he said yes I upcharge parts that's how I pay my rent I don't have to listen to a woke left wing liberal get the fuck out of my shop, my fiance is black and I feel that he was racist as well as extremely unprofessional. He belittled me in front of other costumers and refused to fix my car and changed prices and paperwork after I complained I have proof needs to be investigated!

*WARNING* don’t not do business with this joker. A pretend Christian who try’s to rope potential customers with a fake do good speech about helping motorists. A true scam artist! Not surprising based on the other poor reviews. Had the engine replaced in July. “****” said before we opted to use his service that there was a 12 month warranty with the used engine. An engine seal blew on the car and “****” first explained that used engines don’t come with any warranty. He then refused to give us the name of where the used engine came from. Lastly after this **** said there wouldn’t be a warranty because the oil wasn’t changed and the oil level was a quart low when the vehicle was brought back to him. When It was explained to **** that there was no oil in the engine because a seal blew he hung up and now refuses to return phone calls. - lawsuit pending

This vehicle was brought in June 2021 for an engine issue. Due to improper maintenance the engine had no compression and was not repairable. Therefore they approved a used engine with ****** miles to be installed. The engine was installed and a warranty of 90 days is given by the supplier. We extend the warranty to 6months providing the routine maintenance is done to keep engine running properly. 6 months later the car is towed in with an oil leak. We look at the car and discover that ***** miles have been ran with no oil change done. Again poor maintenance with the issue with the original engine. The warranty expired on 6/7/22 however in most cases we would have worked something out with the customer. However since no maintenance has been done and the car was brought in with no oil on the dipstick any warranty would have been voided due to poor maintenance records anyway. These engines are prone to moisture in oil plugging up the *** and causing the rear main seal to leak. This is what happened to this car and lack of oil changes simply aggravated the problem. The customer expects us to absorb the cost of something they caused. We will not be held responsible for this repair cost and am sorry the customer has chose to slam us across social media.
