              Dropped my car off two weeks ago with an issue. They had trouble finding the issue, so they scheduled a test drive with me the next day. Despite noting the issue on the test drive, I continued to receive few updates (they were running lots of testing though). After hearing nothing, I called on 3/19 to be told that theyd call me back by the end of the day on 3/20. I did not receive a call and had to call back on 3/22, where they still did not have an answer. Finally, I got a call back where they said they cant figure it out, but theyre going to just wait until the problem gets worse. Absolute waste of two weeks with minimal communication, would not recommend.

              I took my car to check out the alternator. I had it checked somewhere else but I wanted a second opinion. They checked the alternator. They road tested the car which they didn't have my permission to do. They also wrote up an entire list of things that were wrong with the car including the brakes, which had just been replaced.
