DO NOT EVEN ANSWER THEIR PHINE CALLS, BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS, PUSHY PHONE CALLS PROMISING THINGS THEY CANNOT OFFER. ABSOLUTELY NO REMORSE FOR WASTING YOUR TIME. PASSING THE **** AND MANAGER WOULD NOT TALK TO ME. SAVE YOURSELF STAY AWAY!!!! I was cold called by one of their sales people ****, I explained to him I was not interested in putting extra miles on my vehicle because I am trying to sell it, and that I do not have time to be low balled. I explained to him the lowest amount I would take for the vehicle and I was assured multiple times that they would not low ball me. When I arrived I was greeted by ***** and she took my info and asked me to wait while she inspected my vehicle which she did for all of 60 seconds and then had to speak to her manager. When she came back she told me Id have better luck down the street at ******. Feeling greatly frustrated for having my time intentionally wasted I asked to speak to the manager. ***** told me he would not come out of his office. I was pressured and pushed into come to see them with the assurance that they would make an offer that would meet my requirements and when I get there no offer no remorse for wasting my time nothing. **** The Car Sales Lady took really good care of me, as did the credit managers on site. I found an excellent, reliable, economic newer car, with a payment plan that sets me up for success. Got 2 cars from them and love noth of them. The second I wasn't able to put a down payment and they worked with me and I was till able to drive my car home the same day with no money down I would definitely go back. *** was awesome to work with.Review from Barbara W

This company preys on people who have NO OTHER CHOICE than to go to them. They CANNOT finance ANYONE, unless you call leasing people a car over 10 years old, for over DOUBLE what it's WORTH, making them put $1650 down on it, and making the payments due every 2 weeks, for a nickel down! AND, when we went to drive the car off the lot, the windshield was broken! Their service department passed inspection on a car with a broken windshield!!! They had to back track and give us a loaner vehicle AND tried to make us feel 'special' because 'they don't usually do that'. They pretty much HAD TO DO THAT after their monumental s**** up! Then, when we DID have the car and got a little behind on our payments (but were in contact with them), without so much as a phone call or a right to cure letter, they came and repossessed the car! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! We were 1 and 1/2 payments behind!!! Before the tow truck driver left I offered to pay them over the phone for the past due amount. The completely clueless person wanted to argue with me about it for 18 minutes! The tow truck driver took took my car and 5 Star did nothing to rectify this. After speaking to another uneducated person there, we were told we would be able to come and get the car the following Monday, as long as we paid the past due and storage fee. We said we could do that. She called us on Monday to confirm that on Wednesday we could make the payment and pick up the car. On Tuesday, the same 'manager' called us and told us upper management had decided we should 'part ways'. No reason why was given and no opportunity to make the past due payment to get it caught up so we could have the car back AS AGREED UPON ON FRIDAY AND THEN AGAIN ON MONDAY by this 'manager'. We made a verbal agreement with her, and THEN she comfirmed it a few days later! There are laws in ******** stating the 3 things a lender needs to do BEFORE repossession and this company did NONE OF THOSE THINGS before taking our car away.Review from Cherie Z

I went to purchase a car from them and they ran my credit without my permission. They didn't have to because I was paying with a personal check. I specifically told them not to run my credit. I purchased the car but did not authorize them to run my credit.Review from Miesha M

***** was a godsend! Ive been trying to get a car since April and had a lot of things to take care of. Fast forward to October and ** finally getting a vehicle! ***** made sure to follow-up and check in on things during that 6 month period and never gave up! I felt like it was more than just wanting to get me into a car. The day I finally came in, everything was smooth and efficient. Shes a very caring, sweet person, and she knows what shes talking about. She recommended the best for my situation and Im in a better place because of it with a new car! I recommend ***** for any situation because mines was definitely a unique one and she made it possible!Review from Michelle and Curt B

If I could rate ********** Plaza in ****************** ** with 0 stars, I would. ************ beware!! This is by far the WORST dealership I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. In Nov. 2021 I financed a 2017 **** Escape and I began having issues with the vehicle within less than 1 month of ownership. Each time I've had repairs/replacements 5Star's service center keeps my vehicle anywhere from 4 weeks or more before I get it back. Most recently they have been in possession of my vehicle since Aug. 7th for a starter, then an engine. (Today is Sept. 5th.) Their repair shop has repeatedly withheld my car for a starter replacement (they just installed a "new" starter and transmission Oct. 2022). Then I was told I needed a new engine and now they say they they don't know what is wrong. I am unable to have the vehicle repaired elsewhere because 5Star's warranty company, AVP will not cover repairs elsewhere. And AVP is another bad apple all on it's own. (THEY WILL ONLY PAY 30.00/DAY FOR A RENTAL FOR A (3-DAY JOB) BUT THIS HAS TURNED INTO A 30+ DAY JOB!! WHAT A JOKE!!) I'm between a rock and a hard place with getting my car repaired, which is financially draining because I have to use a riding service to get back and forth to work each day. So 5Star has basically carjacked a "lemon" they sold to me with a warranty attached that forces me to use their service when the car breaks down, which has been quite often in the nearly 2 years I've owned it. THE LEAST THEY COULD HAVE DONE IS OFFERED ME A LOANER VEHICLE UNTIL THEY FIGURE OUT WHAT'S WRONG...At this point, the only fair resolution would be for 5Star to buy this vehicle back (since they can't fix it) and trade me for a new(er), more reliable vehicle. So, if you've read this far to the end of this review, I urge you to look elsewhere and think twice before you patronize ********** Plaza of ******************. This is THE WORST purchase I've ever made--talk about buyer's remorse!!Review from Jen C

Horrible place to buy a car. We bought a car from them not knowing that the title is still in the original owners name was sold twice and the title was never sent off by the two previous parties that bought it 5 star being the last company before we bought it. So now I am stuck with a car payment on a car that I can not even get legal do to all of the title issues as well as we can not trade it in because no dealership will take do to the fact it was in a serious accident and the airbags were destroyed. I have reached out to them several times and have been told no to every question that I asked. I even asked if they can take this one back and put me in a different vehicle that I can actually get legal and was told no and I have been ignored since. As well as we found out that the vehicle was in a major accident and the air bags were deployed so technically it shouldnt have been sold on a car lot period. We are now out a car and have to pay the loan company for a car we cant legalize or trade in. I even asked for my trade back and was told no it was sold and they dont even have my title to that car so it was technically sold illegally to someone else in my name with the promise to give the new owner a the title they dont even have. Its all about the money to this company the customers are the victims. We are the victims of title flipping and fraud. Please do yourself a big favor go to a credible dealer and do your research or this horrible situation can happen to you. I am so stressed out and I dont know what to do at this point. Im just stuck between a rock and a hard place at this point ??.
