WARNING: I have time today……..please read! If you have to move here do your research and read the reviews. They are not lying in the reviews. The apartment complex is horrible. I’m appalled. I am so relieved that I no longer live here. I always thought it was not ethical to have family members reporting to another family member. If you want a safe environment this is not the place.There are so many criminal activities going on from drug deals to cars being broken into, etc. The one maintenance guy ******* is know to walk into your unit when you’re not there to raid your apartment or to see what he can steal from you. ******* has been known to walk into a unit belonging to a deaf disabled woman UNANNOUNCED AND STOLE FROM HER! There is a video I saw from a neighbor where ******* stalked a young girl getting off the school bus and asked for her phone to put his number in there. I’m appalled that management is supporting this behavior. But not mention management is not very smart and always has attitudes. Nothing gets fixed around that place at all. ******* will place stickers on cars to tow but their Own family *** and ******* do not have proper tags on their vehicles and ******* never issues a sticker on their car for tow removal. All the money you pay monthly for an outdated apartment is ridiculous. There is no good insulation and you can hear your neighbors clearly. It might look good at the leasing office but the units are trash. ******* will scam you out of your deposit and you will have a hard time getting it back so be careful and keep a good lawyer on deck. If you have to live here document everything. Again, stay lawyered up because this place has several opportunities to be sued for several reasons including health risks. It’s not safe here at all and be careful at night if you have to be out. Parking is a mess and there are so many drug activities going on. Just sit and watch especially at night. This place needs to be condemned immediately.

Beware of renting with them! They are unprofessional in handling complaints and when your lease is up they charge you $25 for damages and claims it's for deep carpet cleaning which was never mentioned at signing of lease and disregards the fact that you turned in that check list sheet upon move-in stating that the carpet wasn't clean and had a bad urine smell! So how can you be charged for cleaning when it wasn't cleaned in the beginning ???? Have copy of check list and pictures as proof
