I ordered one a day pills from Amazon. There were a couple exploded ones in the package so we tried to return. The customer service number and submit a problem page on their website do not work. Tried the chat function. They said that they would refund the money and to do so they would email me with a list of images I have to send them. I get off the chat and they never sent the email. I normally wouldn't leave a review or care but it bothers me because they're such a big company and they're taking advantage of people.Review from Mike W

So...because I did not learn from my mistakes the first time, I decided to give Bayer Bioadvanced 3-1 Weed and Feed for Southern Lawns, one more chance. I applied this product to my well established St. Augustine lawn around the first of March. It's been 5 weeks now...about 60 percent of my lawn is greening up, but the rest has not yet. The GREAT part is...ALL of my weeds are still there and they are thriving! I have emailed the company with no response, of course. Now I come here to post my opinion of this product. I have always used Scott's in the past and will be going back to them. Two of my friends/neighbors, purchased and applied Bayer at the same time I did, and guess what...their yards suck also! Stay away from this product if you value your nice yard that you spent lots of money and hard labor on.
