Unscrupulous is the word that comes to mind when thinking of Abstrakt. The other is incompetent. Judging by the reviews here, good at posting false reviews as well. Search feedback on reddit and others for a more accurate picture. Buyer beware.They were hired to generate qualified appointments. I had many issues with them from the start. I tried repeatedly to resolve them and found no ownership or accountability on the other end. They would send me to appointments for services that I do no perform. Though they had access to my calendar, they would schedule appointments over other meetings. They would schedule appointments that were an hour plus apart and give only 30 minutes for travel. They sent me on a "confirmed" appointment to meet with a man, that I found when I got there, left that company three years ago.They tried to send me to an appointment with someone who said up front that they were locked into a 5 year contract for the services that I perform. They contacted organizations that were contractually on my do not contact list and lied to them about my ability to bid the ******** the contract carefully. Up front, we agreed to a 45 day notice period for termination. They wrote it in, buried in legal language, that if notice is given after the 15th of a given month, that the termination period is over 60 days, two full months plus the remainder of the current month so it could be as long as 75 days. They clearly and intentionally misrepresented themselves and their intentions. I terminated them for cause as they materially breached the contract. They continue to contact clients and bill me even though I expressly forbade them from contacting anyone on my behalf. I've managed many agencies both from within the agency and outside of the agency. This is the single most unscrupulous organization that I've dealt with in my career.
