We have been soooo happy with the service we have consistently received in our years of working with ***************************** and the staff at the Old Tax House. They are abreast of ever-changing tax laws and they keep current about what needs to be done each year. They have stellar expertise and are very professional; at the same time, they all have such a welcoming and personable presence to clients. If, for some reason, they are unavailable or working with other clients when we have questions or need their help, ***** and her staff always get back to us in a timely manner. Their fees are fair and reasonable, and they don't "*****" clients with endless additional fees.In a heartbeat, I would recommend The Old Tax House without any hesitancy or reservation! You will love being their client!

I think these people are very judgmental the man that did my taxes lied to me did not fill out the right form and then my question about it he played stupid and then his boss gave us a refund on our state taxes and now that I have my federal back for $74 short there's no way they'll answer the phone either and they don't want to do business with us either even though it was *************************** mistake he also put my email address down wrong how convenientThe Old Tax House Response

We've recently begun using The Old Tax House after moving to the area a few years ago. Trying to start a business in a new city and state while using an accountant in another proved to be frustrating and worrisome. After being referred to The Old Tax House, all of that stress went away. The honesty, time, and commitment (they even went back through previous tax filings) given to us has provided an extra level of comfortability and confidence. Its safe to say we'll continue using The Old Tax House and would strongly recommend everyone else do the same.The Old Tax House Response

I have had the pleasure to work with The Old Tax House for the past 3 years and it has been a wonderful experience. Prior to working with the Old Tax House, I have worked with tax accountants that made me feel like a number and never gave me the personal attention that I needed to get through tax season. This led me to try and tackle my taxes on my own, which was not only challenging for me, it left me with a feeling that I was missing things. That is until I was recommended to The Old Tax House. Since working with them they have helped me feel more organized and confident in this yearly process. Not only that, they always pick up my calls and/or get back to me right away with any questions I may have. They also have taken the time to personally sit down with me and review my records before sending them off to the government. I have referred many friends and family to The Old Tax House over the years and would highly recommend to anyone else to do the same.The Old Tax House Response

Tax Prep ********************* did not properly file our taxes. We provided all the needed info. Our 2020 came back from the *** (Sept 2021) and we owed over $6,000 still. The Old Tax House manager ******, initially tried to make up for it by paying the penalties from the *** for us when we come back for tax season next year. I don't know anyone that would go back after such a terrible experience. They did refund their fee, penalty and interest. Though, In my opinion, they should be paying for damages they missed in the work I paid them to do. This work that they poorly provided my wife and I affected our life. From *************** responses, I did not get a feeling they cared. I do not recommend The Old Tax House.The Old Tax House Response
