EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE CHANGES ON THE JOB (ENLARGE THE POOL REQUIRING NEW PERMITS AND PLANS) THE DELAY WAS CERTAINLY UNEXCEPTABLE. DUE TO SUPERVISION AND SUBCONTRACTOR DELAYS, THE PERSON INCHARGE WAS FIRED AS A RESULT OF THIS POOR JOB MANAGEMENT SKILLS. THE SUPERVISOR WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMUNICATING WITH THE OWNERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS ON ALL OF THAT WORK.
I DO APPOLOGIZE FOR THE LENGTH OF TIME IS TOOK, HOWEVER THE SCOPE OF WORK WAS EXTENSIVE AND DETAILED WITH FEATURE ELEMENTS THAT TOOK TIME TO CREATE AND BUILD BY HAND. AND WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A FOUR MONTH PROJECT QUICKLY TURNED INTO A DISAPPOINTING, NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED, 6 MONTHS PROJECT. ONE THAT SHOULD, AND STILL IS, A BEAUTIFUL BACK YARD. I AM SURE THE OWNER HAS BEEN ACCURATE, AS I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE PERMIT INFORMATION. THAT WOULD VERIFY THE TIME FROM START TO FINISH. THE OWNER MAY HAVE SOME PERMIT INFORMATION I DON'T HAVE. BUT IN ANY CASE, THIS IS NOT, AND HAS NOT THE BEEN THE CASE FOR MANY YEARS. WE HAVE COMPLETED MOST OF OUR WORK WITHIN 45 DAYS ON AVERAGE, SOME IN LESS TIME. IF YOU ARE GOING TO JUDGE A COMPANY BY WORK DONE 6 YEARS AGO, YOU ARE GOING TO MISS DOING BUSINESS WITH A PROFESSIOAL, HANDS ON, POOL CONTRACTOR WITH A RECORD OF SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.
