This correspondence is written in response to the above-referenced complaint filed by Consumers with the Better Business Bureau Serving Southern Nevada, Inc. against “Club de Soleil Vacation Club”. Soleil Management, LLC (“Soleil Management”) is responding to Consumers complaint in its capacity as the managing agent for Club de Soleil Vacation Club (the “Vacation Club), the association of Club de Soleil Resort (the “Resort”) owners.
With respect to Consumers complaint regarding their stay October 9 - October 16, 2022, please be advised that management was forwarded an email from Consumer on February 14, 2024, after reviewing the email and the Consumers account, management attempted to call Consumer on the number Ms. Lecher (********) provided in the email on February 17, 2024. Mr. ******** left a detailed message asking them to call back. Later that same day February 17, 2024 Mr. ******** sent an email to Ms. Lecher (********) offering a 7-night return stay. Unfortunately, there was no response to Mr. ********** email. Should Consumer wish to discuss her experience with Mr. ********, she is welcome to email or return Mr. ********* call at 702-507-9400.
