Horrible stay even as owners. We’ve attempted to contact business many times since our last stay in October 2022. The pool was filthy, the grills were broken, and we had another family enter our room as they were told that it was theirs. We noticed the families living there and the conditions of the resort are horrible. We are looking into legalities of foreclosing on our ownership and never paying maintenance fees again as we are paying for families with animals, filthy and terrible conditions, and our safety was certainly compromised at our last stay. One may ask why wait so long to report this…..because we have made many attempts to resolve this , and brought it back to light when we received a call and letter that we didn’t pay our fees when in fact we had. My advice…..avoid a stay here . There are so many other, well taken care of, places to stay in Vegas. A manager named Tom finally called last week but when I returned his call, I received nothing back.

This correspondence is written in response to the above-referenced complaint filed by Consumers with the Better Business Bureau Serving Southern Nevada, Inc. against “Club de Soleil Vacation Club”. Soleil Management, LLC (“Soleil Management”) is responding to Consumers complaint in its capacity as the managing agent for Club de Soleil Vacation Club (the “Vacation Club), the association of Club de Soleil Resort (the “Resort”) owners. 

With respect to Consumers complaint regarding their stay October 9 - October 16, 2022, please be advised that management was forwarded an email from Consumer on February 14, 2024, after reviewing the email and the Consumers account, management attempted to call Consumer on the number Ms. Lecher (********) provided in the email on February 17, 2024. Mr. ******** left a detailed message asking them to call back. Later that same day February 17, 2024 Mr. ******** sent an email to Ms. Lecher (********) offering a 7-night return stay. Unfortunately, there was no response to Mr. ********** email. Should Consumer wish to discuss her experience with Mr. ********, she is welcome to email or return Mr. ********* call at 702-507-9400.
