I had an eye exam here on 6/16/23. The Dr.s staff told me my **************** would work there as their office is in Network.3 weeks go by and no glasses. I called and finally received my glasses. The Prism was left off and the anti-reflective coating was pink/purple? ****************** sent me an e-mail ( finally after disagreements with his staff not owning the mistake), stating that I declined the cosmetic coating! 2 weeks go by and no one called me regarding the whereabouts of my glasses. Finally, the English as a 2nd language gal, tells me the glasses came back broken. ****************** writes this bogus e-mail telling me there was a blemish on the one lens. He then states, We use the best lab in the WORLD!Really. So, another 2 weeks goes by, I call and they tell me August 2, 23. Today is the 4th of August, I call and the gal says, we mailed them to you! Really? Arent they to fit them on me and make sure I can see?No, they told me I was discharged as a patient. Yes, I discharged myself early on in this eye lens fiasco because of awful customer service and incompetency. His staff was so awful; they even shared stories with me regarding his pending divorce/custody of 2 year old son. I mentioned it to ****************** and he did not care that they even showed me pictures of his 12 year old (younger) wife! Who does that and comes to the aid of your staff. I was taught that the customer is always right. Its good business. As of today, 8/4/23, the receptionist said, she couldnt go to the post office today to retrieve them.The letter carrier apparently tried to deliver to me, but did not leave the notice in my mailbox as he should have. How else would I know they were sitting at the PO??I showed up at their office today extremely angry and was asked to leave.I am worried they billed my insurance, etc., I paid for frames from another business, and will never see my glasses. Now, Im stuck going to ****************. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DR. BAD!
