Total scam, paid 5k, went for one month no results. I asked for a refund and never got it, even though they state money back guarantee.

THEY ARE TELLING THE TRUTH I JOINED CHESAPEAKE OFFICE THEY CALLED ME UNTIL THEY GOT THEIR MONEY FOR ME TO JOIN ON 07/2021 AND STOPPED GOING ON 10/2021. IT DID NOT WORK AND NOT ONLY DID I PAY THEM $4000.00 I STILL OWE A LOAN FOR $3000.00.

Fast Fit closed their doors in Virginia Beach where I joined. They have combined locations with the studion in Chesaeake. Unforftunately, due to my work schedule and my autistic son's appointment schedules, that location is impossible for me to get to. It's not anywhere near my travels, both during the week or the weekends. I asked once about refunding my money for my unused sessions. I was told that I would have to find someone to buy them. This is very upsetting. I'm not the one that moved. Fast Fit did, It should be their responsibility to cancel my membership and refund the remaining amount owed back to the lender, Ally. I've reached out a few times over the past year and no one will reply.

This business is no longer open at this location. I have 20 sessions remaining at Fast Fit. The Pooler/Savannah GA sites doors are closed.. The closest facility would be in VA. I have called and messaged the owner multiple times to request a refund for unused sessions. To date I have not received a response to my request.Please respond to this message!

Program didn't work! I kept getting sick from the food list that they gave me. They promised that my IBS( Irritable bow syndrome) would be cured and it wasn't!I was also promised that my acne and scares would go away and that also didn't happen. I had to go to the emergency room several times due to the foods on the list getting me sick and braking my skin out! I NEV** received any results! They claim that you don't have to diet but they put you on a diet! They also said that the "beaming machine" stays in your system for 6months. I had to call out of a few of my sessions a couple of times due to my getting sick from the food on the list. I was told that is wasn't a big deal because the beaming machine stays in yoir body for 6months...(I also suspect that the "Beaming" machine got me sick!) I got so sick that I passed out in my bathroom and almost hit my head on the bathroom counter! They just kept telling me to eat more and to drink more water! How much food and water can I consume??? I would whined up force feeding myself until I was basically STUFFED! These people can't be certified Nutritionist and can't legally diagnose anybody or give opinions or suggestions! They told me that the food list was optional but anytime I deviated from the food list and didn't get any results for the week Whether I did or didn't deviate from the list, I never received the results promise. When I ate the foods on the list, they would tell me that I wasn't eating enough! They kept trying to switch up the foods that I was eating for the wk every seession and kept trying to tell me that I didnt do enough of this or that! They basically lied and continued to make excuses for why I didn't receive any results. When I asked for a refund, I got no reply, no response! When I called and asked for a refund, I was told that I couldn't because I didn't make it to every session. I couldn't because the food on the list kept sending me to the ** this is a SCAM! I want a FULL refund!

SCAM. I only went for 1 month. They were giving me laxatives/magnesium capsules that resulted in me being dehydrated (weekly when they ran their weigh-in results the machine kept saying I was dehydrated when I drink **** glasses of water a day). They are not doctors or in the medical field. They should not be providing counsel on weight loss. In result of them giving me the laxatives/magnesium capsules I became tired, dizzy and lightheaded affecting my work & health. I have not been there in a year and they have not made any attempt to reach out to me after giving them 4k.

Bad news. Didn't live up to their promises Doug Z**** said he would refund my money but never did

This business is a total scam. It doesn't deserve a star this star was the only option to be able to add my review. This business should be shut down and Doug the owner should be charged for scamming and return the people's money. I signed up few months ago, and their rep did 't mention any of the details until after I signed tue documents, I got zero benefit from attending the sessions, then my job got transferred to CA where they don't have a branch. Ao I contacted their office to let them know that I had to move out and I am no longer able to attend so I want to cancel my agreement. They refused, and they refused to even provide me with their management or owner contact and never got back to me. I left a message on the group account no one bother to contact me. They have no transparency and no way to contact anyone other than the store receptionist and you can even leave a review if it doesn't suit them. They took $8000 from me for nothing, it is white collar crime that should put to an end and the owner and his team should he penalized. I will be taking this matter legally and be calling the TV station to expose their scam and warn people of falling for their bite. Very bad business,

I'm totally dissatisfied with the sales pitch here, it was good! I fell for it! At no time was I told, until after I paid close to $4,000 that to actually see results you have to keep a food journal in which you are informed about everything you shouldn't be eating, which I'm well aware of, it's called dieting and eating right, I don't think $4,000 is worth that info! Also large amount of magnesium so your bowels pour out of you throughout the day! If you don't do this no results are seen! Which is what I realized to late!! Oh and after laying in the machine you also are required to walk for an hour! God forbid they don't even supply treadmills to accommodate this request, which with my $4,000 alone could have purchased several! I'm so sad and disappointed 😞 didn't even finish my appointments! No point, just don't be as foolish as I was!
