My experience with Precision Garage Door Company was disappointing. Initially called to fix broken springs, I ended up with a $1500 estimate due to aggressive upselling tactics. Despite my clear specifications for a 16x7 door with two struts, they installed inappropriate springs, violating their own terms and conditions and compromising safety. To top it off, the replacement spring only lasted six months. Avoid this company; their pushy upselling tactics are a major drawback.Review from James M

Non disclosed unfair business practices. Business has an "all sales final" policy that was non disclosed at the time of signature. They will not accept returns, albeit they are an authorized LiftMaster dealer. Non disclosed 3% charge of $67.38 on all customers using a credit card. I have spoken to an employee at Precision Overhead Door of Las Vegas employee regarding the matters at hand. To date, I have not received a return phone call with a resolution as promised. I have sent the business a resolution compromise by USPS priority mail, tracking. A complaint has been filed with the Nevada State Attorney General for non disclosed excessive credit card convenience fees.Review from Lisa H

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by precision. Despite numerous attempts to communicate, they only respond when I initiate contact. This was at least 5 to 7 attempts on my end. It has been exactly one month since I first raised my issue, and there has been zero progress towards a resolution. Michael who is one of their managers stated he would take on the project personally and do everything he could. Once again empty promises and no contact at all from him days later. I was also told another manager named Trevor who was in charge of all financial issues would contact me and never did. It took me having to call once again for him to talk to me. Which led to zero resolution and no care for anything they put me through. The level of neglect and lack of communication is unacceptable and down right disrespectful. Even trying to get a refund has been a huge struggle which turned even more complicated in the end. I can’t stress enough how frustrated and disappointed I am.

I was quoted 399 for install and equipment. I had an appointment between 4-6 guy arrived at 8p after I called a couple times to check if someone was still coming. He arrived and tripled the price and said 1400 based on the materials he had…not what we agreed on. Would not recommend do not trust.Review from Vicki B.

I was charged $1.621.00 for a new motor when I had called to just have a remote programmed. Was told the memory board was bad and first quote $1,900 plus but if I did not do new rollers and took only one remote, the fast would drop to $1.621. When telling friend how expensive motors were, she informed me that she just paid $400 for new motor, 2 remotes and key pad. We then call precioun and one other company for general quote and were told approximately $400 total installed. I was not offered any other options, so had no clue as to the cost. I trusted the tech to be honest with me. Since I am a senior, retired and female, feel I was taken advantage of. I have made 3 calls to speak to a manager and so far no return calls.Precision Overhead Door of Las Vegas Response
