Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced Was missing two items in my order called to complain and it was another hour and a half before said items were received and then they only sent one and it was the wrong item Spoke with Nathan about refunding my order he said yes and then he called back half hour later and said no

I am a conservative individual who usually cooks her own meals, often simple things like rice and beans. When a fire occurred in my home and I found myself temporarily lodged at ******* ****** ****** Orange County Airport, I found a flyer for Order Inn. I gratefully accessed the link but experienced sticker shock when I saw the cost of meal delivery. However, I am pleased to report that the nachos, chile rellanos and flan I ordered were substantial portion-wise, tasty, satisfying, and worth every penny. I may choose to Order Inn again tomorrow!

Terrible, cold soggy food, 1hr 15 min wait. Save your money and get something else

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. When you order from a hotel you would at least except them to deliver to the room that they promise they will. They should also remember to bring a FORK and a napkin. Will not ever use this service again. Should be a half star if I could get it take it.

After waiting 45 minutes they called to tell me my order was cancelled I'd just worked a 12 hour day and all I wanted to do was eat shower and go to bed yes they said they'll refund my money but why did it take 40+ minutes to cancel. I called another establishment directly and had to wait another 45+ minutes.

Do not order from this place. It is basically a scam. They lie to you about when your order will be delivered, stringing you along each time you call to find out what’s taking so long. Originally, the order was supposed to be delivered in 45 mins. After an hour, we called. They said the food would be done in two minutes. Great, right? Except it would be another 90 minutes before the food was actually delivered, and each of the two times we called during that span to ask what was taking so long, they gave us the same lie: that the food was on its way and would be there in mins. What they delivered was also missing items, cold, and expected to be eaten without cutlery or napkins (in a hotel, precisely the place where one doesn’t tend to have those items). This is a bottom-feeding company that should be avoided at all costs. Also, for what it’s worth, the food is disgusting and overpriced.

Ordered while at Las Vegas Flamingo Bay (off strip). Was told 45 min, I called at an hour & was told it was on the way, which it wasn’t. Called again at 2hrs, told again it was on the way & I would get a phone call in about 20min to confirm it arrived. I never got a call back. At 3hrs I called Again, as I was on hold the food arrived. It was not hot & it was missing items. He told me he would refund my order, but because I was paying cash, I was told I still had to pay for my order, but would get a refund in the mail. It has been almost 2 months & I still haven’t received a refund. I have called so many times. Every time I call, I’m told it’s in process but the person that can help me isn’t available & will call me back, but they never do. I spoke to John yesterday who said Alex would call me back when he’s available, but didn’t know when that would be, called back & spoke to Diane who said she would have him call me in the morning. I never got a call, called back today got John again. He said he could set Alex up to call around 3-4 today. When I asked him why he couldn’t do that when we talked yesterday. I was told it was because it was a nationwide company & then he hung up on me. I would never use this service again, the customer service is absolutely horrible & all of the people I talked to lied to me.

Easy to order food was what I wanted excellent portion and fresh.A little more than 45 minutes but still close enough.JN

With no restaurants in east walking distance of hotel, this was a great option. Told it would take at least 45 minutes and was delivered in that time frame. Good value and good food.

I was staying one night in Anchorage. I ordered pizza. Everything went smooth for me. Food was good. Price was reasonable.
