      Tax company not filing our taxes on time. Telling it’s my responsibility to keep track of everything despite paying a premium for the past decade. After incurring penalties that could break a business, they dropped my company like a hot potato and left me looking for another accountant. Shady and untrustworthy.

      At Anderson, we take our profession and services seriously. When our CPAs are asked to do anything outside the tax code or law by a client, we let our client know that it is not something we will do and advise the client to refrain from engaging in those activities. If the client still wants to do so and it's in conflict with the tax code, we will be forced to disengage with that client. A client refusing to follow the tax law and does not want to pay legally owed taxes is not someone we can work with no matter how hard they complain.

      Too much expensive 3000$ to 9000$ after 1st advisor Al informed for to purchase ... its look like phishing... but need to do more research and peer review... too much annoying that Advisor didn't have time to discuss more about the platinum mumbership which for I paid already $2997.00. Look like they are loaded with other clients....hahahaha....

      Very hard time to believe the word and action of Clint and Toby as they promise during webinar… Good money making business by INJECTING FEAR ??… I will wait few weeks to get resolution after I can talk to Anderson Lawyer… Looks like lots of promise but no action…. Will update by next week…

      We have researched your account and see that you purchased your Business Essentials Package with us on 12/22 and had your scheduled strategy session with your advisor on 12/26. Per the notes from your call, it seems that providing you with the level of protection that you and your wife are looking to achieve, would require the purchase of additional services. Please note, that our Business Essentials Package is a great value and allows you access to many wonderful benefits such as the Platinum Membership, Company Assistance Program, one LLC formation, Virtual Bookkeeping, Tax Toolbox, our attorney team, and all of the great Platinum Portal resources. In addition to this, your package also included a bonus Personal Residence Trust, deed preparation (1), and our nominee service at no additional cost. 


      To best meet your needs and help you achieve your goals, your advisor determined that an upgrade to our Unlimited WST package would be necessary which is why you were sent an agreement for those services. Please understand that you are in no way obligated to purchase that service and you are free to discuss your options with your advisor if you wish. Based on your activity history, we can see that you first requested a follow-up call with your advisor after hours on 12/28. Your advisor was out of the office on 12/29 for the New Year holiday and we were closed on 12/30 when you followed up again as this was a Saturday. Your team would be happy to assist you in scheduling a follow-up call to review your account and structure.

      I am in the first year of utilizing this company and have found the legal services with Mr. Jason ****** to far surpass any expectation. The model through Anderson which allows for comprehensive access to attorneys has been exactly what I need. With several detailed, thorough and complex questions posed to the team this year while I face business decisions in a new industry, the professionalism and accuracy that Mr. ****** has demonstrated during our time together has absolutely superseded that of any legal advisor I have encountered. I am extremely grateful to have made the decision to work with Anderson Business Advisors.

      Anderson wasted some much time passing me around from one person to another. Anderson has extremely slow to produce results and because they received a fee up front the team is not motivated to ensure that you are getting the products you paid for before the deadlines expire for a refund or for services to end. In addition, there are more fees and costs once you pay the initial fee that are not mentioned in the sign-up agreement. Five months later, I still did not get the services and documents I paid for in my original agreement with Anderson. The bookkeeping service, which is supposed to introduce me to how to keep records for a new business and tax documents expires 6 months after the purchase date, and after working with Anderson, I have yet to learn the first thing from anyone on my Anderson assigned team about record keeping. If you are new to business and want to learn the best practices for a new business don't use Anderson unless you are available to answer the same questions repeatedly on numerous phone calls and give repeated information to many different people on the team, they set up. Finally, you should also be very computer savvy because one training method is watching videos in a portal they use.

      Stay away from ANDERSON BUSINESS ADVISORS. I have been a "TITANIUM CLIENT" for 5+ years (their highest tier level of service), and it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE for the last year or so. They have failed to renew my entities with the Secretaries of State multiple times, have billed me wrong amounts, and the GREATEST OF ALL, have costed my business about $50K in TAX PENALTIES due to negligence in filing for a tax extension and failing to file an abatement ina timely manner. They have lost many employees and the level of service and quality has been dismal at best. You will end up spending lots of time checking the quality of their work, from TAXES to the most mundane administrative work of Registered Agent services. They have dropped the ball on me and my businesses many countless times in the last year or so. Go look elsewhere. Their "Titanium Service" does NOT mean anything, other than they would ask you to pay $10K to sign up for it. AWFUL.

      Dissatisfied with the customer service provided for the Platinum services. Called the speciality 1-800 number and it rings with no response, and doesn’t even have an option to leave a voicemail. Also, the address provided to establish my business in my state with Dun&Bradstreet was not a legitimate address. So basically paid for supposedly specialized and personal service and didn’t receive comparable value. For example, our 2021 taxes were late which caused additional penalty fees. They provided no updates so we had to constantly call them. Would definitely not recommend Anderson to anyone looking for legal, business and tax services.

      I paid over 12K for services which I've could of done myself. I was supposed to have a (TEAM) that would be right there when I needed them to answer all my questions. I was told to use the 1800 number since I was a platinum member for questions. My representative rarely answered my emails so I complained and was told that I was assigned to another representative. Great information, great, product, bad customer service. I would not recommend anybody to become a member.

      Well I havent worked with Anderson yet but in talking with them and doing the webinar I cannot be more impressed! I have learned a TON (for free mind you) and am now so much more excited to embark on my AirBNB journey. I am also planning on moving my other businesses to Anderson since they can do the accounting work as well...

      So pissed and Anderson Advisors! They took 10k from us and give the crappiest customer service. Couldn't complain on the Platntinum portal so I'm doing it here. LegalShield and LegalZoom have given better customer service. We've waited 3 months to get an appointment only to find it was never booked. Just give me back my 10k! Also, when I went to them for bookkeeping they ask for 3k and had no lower offering. I didn't have the money for that so I had to let my business fold as I was trying to use all of their services. It seems to me that the Sr. Advisors are more like sales ppl. If you aren't bringing more money they kick you to the curb. They seemed so promising. We've paid about 20k for different services and have gotten no respect from the company. I was unemployed trying to start a business using 401k funds (as a loan). Customer service stinks and wasting three months for help with my wife's fitness business is unacceptable. I very rarely leave reviews, but I'm really pissed. I can't honestly recommend them to anyone.
