As I write this review, I am sitting in my home without any monitoring services yet I'm still being charged. Over a week ago, all areas of my home experienced a "loss of supervision." I initially thought it was a battery issue so I ordered a new battery for the motion detector but it did not fix the issue. I called the company and was told they could not fix the issue locally and I had to call a separate 1-800 number. I called the number and was told that had to get an entirely new system and sign a new 3-year contract! Since I was not willing to sign the contract, I was advised that I would be charged but they couldn't tell me the total charge. Apparently, my monthly charge does cover maintenance on the security system. After 24 hours passed with no follow-up, I called the local branch and told them I no longer wanted the services due to lack of follow-up and the charge for the issue on their box. They literally told me they didn't care and they only care about new installations. I called the 800 number to let them know that I no longer wanted service. I was told that since I would be auto-renewing this month and I didn't give notice last month, I would be responsible for a year of service(over $600.00) although my security box is not working. This company provides poor customer services and overall poor security monitoring. I find it difficult to believe that they are actually monitoring my home when they didn't even know that about the "loss of supervision"!

We apologize to the ******** for their experience with their alarm company, but this review experience to the wrong company We are Commercial and Residential security. We did labor for her company at her home in 2015. Sometimes companies reach out to us to do work for them because they are slammed or various reasons. But we do not monitor the ******** residence nor bill her for anything. We kindly request that you contact that company directly that monitors and bills her about her experience or leave them a review, but we are not the correct company. If the ******** contact us we can give them good number to reach her company if she does not have it. She can also go to her bank statements and it will show the number of the company as most alarm companies put their number when next to their name when they withdraw funds for monitoring. Hope this supports the Williams to getting what they need accomplished.
