    2009 ***** went in twice for a ******* mile service maintenance and with that includes for them to check my transmission fluid and top off if need be. They never once checked it and my car died due to this negligence. My car is mine and my grandmothers lifeline and I have been without now for a month. The transmission is a closed unit meaning, I, the customer, cannot get into it. Only a licensed mechanic can, which I reiterate is not me. I bring my car to this dealership for everything. You have charged me roughly ***** per visit, per year since 2016. The only times I have not gone to your dealership is when I literally cannot because you are 2 hours away from me. Times such as my steering wheel rack needed replacing because it failed on me ($3,000), my radiator reservoir was leaking because it was cracked ($100), and a few other times (3 more to be exact). I assume how you charge for these scheduled service maintenances are via colors pink service, blue service, red service, etc again I say assume because thats what Ive been billed on previous receipts when I took my car in for those services. Back to this ******* maintenance; took my car in in august 2021 for the ******* service plus other issues but because l I was only at ******* I was told to come back. Not easy for me seeing as how I take care of my 97 yo grandmother but I did it. In April 2022 took my car back in to get this same service plus other recommendations from previous visits. Left my car for about a week with no updates until I called the day before I told the service lady, *****, that I would be back to get it. She recommended other things I needed I told yes on brake pads but no to tires and rotors. I asked her if that ******* was done and she said yes. Turns out, it was not and my brakes were not done either. Skip to today and I have no car because the service I repeatedly asked for was never done and even if it was I am hesitant to believe that it was. For instance, you have never changed
