            Purchased my 2019 Lincoln mkc outright with cash and wire transfer on December 10, 2022. It has been six months and I have called Findlay Lincoln multiple times to no avail regarding not receiving my title. They keep giving me the run around and blaming it on the dmv. I legally own the car outright and I cannot sell it as I do not have the official title due to their incompetence. They refuse to call or email me back.

            My son was online looking for vehicles, and came across a suv he liked. It was being priced online at ~$1000 with a down payment around ~$200 and monthly payments of ~$89 for 72 months. My son communicated with TWO different salesmen who said the advertisement was the price for the vehicle. We traveled to look at the vehicle and was meet by a salesmen named Austin who showed us the vehicle, and when I asked about the price, Austin said it's $40K. We travelled all that way on the premise that my son would be able to pay cash for a vehicle when in reality this car lot is falsely advertisement vehicles.
