This business represented me and they quit on me right before trial I never received written notification I received an email on the ******* e file when I had to become a pro state lit again I was able to open my case back up and get an offer of $50,000 yet they have a lien on my name for $37, 878 I called them to find out if they will be willing to make it 40% of the $50,000 which is stated in their initial agreement I was told different things on the phone and I've been waiting for a call back when I got a call back he said that that was their position and they were not willing to change it Kim that works there did not like me and she is the one that was over my case and will not assist me in any way this is unacceptable as this is in their format and they are not going with what they initially said I was told to call the better Business bureau to get assistance and make the complaint I have been trying to reach out to the State bar and everyone else in regards to the situation and I definitely need help please let me know if there's any way that you can assist me I do have the papers I am just unable to upload them so if you guys can email me I can upload the information to you guys
