My name is *************** man, owner of Executive Pro Dry. I'm surprised *** left this negative review. He is a repeat customer and we have had had no issues in the past on other projects. We did have scheduling issues on this job because of the heavy rain storm surge we, and all mitigation companies were experiencing. I explained to this to *** and that we had to make flooded homeowners our first priority since his issue was just a small amount of mold in a vacant house. I attempted to reschedule several times and even gave him a discounted rate for the services, but he was insistent that it had to be a Monday, which is fine, but we had to push it out the last time due to Memorial Day.
We were running behind on Monday and inadvertently a crew was redirected to an emergency call. We were scheduled for 1:00 and at 1:15 *** called the office and was very rude and to the ladies in our office because a crew wasn't at his house. When I called him to apologize and told him we could easily be there before 2:00 he was very rude and disrespectful.
Again, *** is a returning customer that was happy enough with our services in the past to call us again, and we have mutual professional acquaintances in the industry which led to our working together. I don't understand why he chose for his response to this situation to be rudeness and disrespect to both me and my staff.
Regardless of his review I will not subject my staff or myself to his kind of behavior and therefore will not be doing work for him now or in the future.
