The internet service is pretty good for the area, but you will experience issues. I can only have 2 items connected to the WiFi at a time or I will loose service, sometimes only one (e.g., ******* streaming and my phone connected, or computer). I live just outside of Downtown ********. My rental on Main St would randomly loose service. But the biggest issue is customer service. From day one I had issues with people telling me they would call back and I would never receive a call back. I canceled my service back in March because I moved from the building and here in July I'm still dealing with their mistakes. I paid Marches **** at the beginning of the month and canceled service on the 14th because I would no longer be in the building. I since have received bills for ***** and May. I was being charged for phone calls and internet service after I moved out. I've called multiple times to get this resolved and I'm either told it was resolved then I receive a **** the following month or that they will call me back and I do not receive a phone call. I demanded to speak to a manager and was told he would call me back. Three weeks later no call and I once again am calling them. They have finally credited ***** and May charges but I have not received a prorated credit for the remainder of March. They claim that $18.66 is my prorated credit for March *****, but my monthly charge is $101. This is not how proration works, it would be closer to $52. I am being charged for the router that their technicians picked up when they installed service at the building for the new renter. They say the technicians did not report it and both technicians no longer work there so I am responsible. Needless to say I will never use their service again, nor will I recommend it like I have been for years.
