      Hansons sells Hot Spring spas. We love our tub but Hansons is the worst company to deal with. We had a problem arise during Covid. Our tub was still under warranty but by the time they attempted to fix it we were out of warranty. We have been dealing with this for 4 years, rarely get calls back and are told they have a long line of tubs to be fixed. I would never buy a tub from them again.

However, we would like to address the concerns you raised regarding your experience with Hanson HotSpring Spas' service group.Firstly, we would like to clarify that your spa was covered by a 5-year warranty, and it was delivered to you on March 5, 2015. We understand that you requested a service call on December 9, 2020, for a leak evaluation, which occurred 9 months after the warranty expiration. The spa was brought into our warehouse, where the leak was repaired, and the spa was returned to you.Regarding the recent incident you mentioned on October 18, 2023, where you reported the spa leaking again and claimed it had been leaking since it was returned over a year ago, we want to assure you that we take all customer concerns seriously. However, it's important to note that due to the significant time lapse since the last service, it becomes challenging for us to verify the exact circumstances surrounding the reported issue.Rest assured, upon your report, you were promptly placed on the list to bring your spa back to our warehouse for further evaluation. Since then, there have been numerous communications between our team and yourself to address the matter, as evidenced by the list of phone calls and text messages provided:October 18, 2023 October 30, 2023 November 8, 2023 November 28, 2023 December 7, 2023 January 2, 2024 March 25, 2024 April 1, 2024 We understand the frustration and inconvenience this situation may have caused you, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.       Hanson's service department is terrible. I contacted them almost a year ago about a leak in my hot tub. It took them a month to come look at it. They said it would take a few months to get it in for service because they were backed up. They seemed sincere and had good recommendations so I agreed to move forward. 4 months later they got it in. I spent over $2200 to have it fixed. When I got it back 2 months later it was still leaking. I have been calling and leaving messages for 4 months now. I have gone into the store and spoken to them and get told that someone will call me. I'm still waiting...

      Purchased my first Grande hot tub from Hanson over 15 years ago, and still works great! Purchased a second Grande during a remodeling project, and it also works great! Staff at Hanson are ALWAYS helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly -- they know their hot tubs, and don't push a sale. Highly recommend!***
