Would not recommend. My business has an old alarm system from this company that goes off frequently. Advanced Alarm was of ZERO assistance since I don't use them for service. So I'm stuck with a faulty alarm, no code that they can give me and no way to deactivate.

*************************************,As I understand from my employee who tried to assist you, you are occupying a building that Advanced Alarm Company previously installed an alarm system in for a past owner/tenant, many, many years ago. Advanced Alarm Company is not the owner of this system. Whoever owns the building is the owner of the system. Since Advanced Alarm Company has not been contracted with to service or maintain this system, we cannot attest to its functionality, reliability or present condition. Just like any type of system, appliance, vehicle, etc., they require attention from time to time, and possibly equipment replacement or adjustments. You stated you do not use Advanced Alarm Company for service. Advanced Alarm Company would be happy to diagnose the problem and service your system if you were a subscriber of our monitoring service. We do not service systems that we do not monitor, if we did, we would have no time for our valued monitored customers that we strive to provide the best service with, therefore maintaining an A+ rating with the BBB. This policy is commonplace in the industry. Additionally, with most of our systems we have installed, the user codes are programmed by the user on site. Unless the customer shares those with us, we do not know what they are.
