            I paid my bill with C&C Disposal on December 20, 2023, it cleared on December 26, 2023. I cancelled my service with them on January 2, ****. I still have not received a refund and I have called three times. The last time, the woman I spoke with said she would refer it to her supervisor. Most times when you try to reach them, you get a busy signal or are placed in a queue waiting to be helped, sometimes you get someone, sometimes you don't. I'm not the only person having difficulty getting a refund.

            They raise their prices three times in the last year so I decided to cancel them. I canceled them in December as of January 10. They refused to answer my calls and will not come pick up their tote.

            We are very sorry to lose your business. We are facing high rates of inflation as well as numerous government mandated expenses that have made it necessary to raise our prices for the first time in over a year. We are also implementing new software to include a customer portal and are experiencing high call volume related to that. Your toter is scheduled for removal next week.
