********************************************************* is one of Wish properties. If I could give a -0 i would. The day I moved in there was a strong urine/ pet odor. ******, property manager was contacted. He came the next day and stated that he did not smell anything. He must of had a selective sense of smell. He finally pulled up the carpet. Pee stains everywhere. ****** then said he was going to lay the carpet in the garage to dry and steam clean it and that the smell was coming from underneath when he had got the carpet steam cleaned the day before we moved in. This is ridiculous. The basement rooms smelled like a cigar. Entire basement smelled of urine /dog. You can hardly breathe in that room. ****** finally ripped the carpet out of one of the bedrooms in the basement, ************ level, however refused to rip up the entire basement that had carpet until I kept insisting that it smelled horrible and I couldn't use the basement. The home still has a lingering odor of pee and dog. My children had to sleep on the floor while he took up carpet in there room and dealt with the pee/dog odor. If this wasn't enough there were mice in the ********* understand about field mice but over 7 is a little bit too much. I asked ****** to get an exterminator. ****** stated the owner thinks it is a waste of money and it wasn't inside my home. The garage was attached. He finally hired one and more were caught. This was the worst rental experience of my life. I got my security deposit back, moving expenses, and some of my money back but I still had to find my kiddos a new school to go to, pay more moving expenses as I had had furniture delivered to this pee house as well as had unnecessary stress. ****** also did not clean or have the home disinfected prior to me moving in so I had to do that as well. Don't lease from them!!!! There just in it to make a quick dollar. I do have pics.
