    This is a complaint against *********************** who manages The Hills apartment complex, where I am currently residing. The conditions at this property have become increasingly unsafe and unsanitary, and I believe immediate action needs to be taken to address these serious issues.Recently, my neighbor and friend was violently stabbed and had to be rushed to the hospital. I found myself in the unimaginable position of having to save his life, doing everything I could to stop the bleeding. As a result, I was covered in his blood, which also ended up all over my front door, carpet, and the concrete outside my apartment. All because of another tenant, who had made previous threats and was constantly disturbing the peace yet nothing was done. This traumatic experience left me not only physically shaken but also forced me to scrub blood from my own apartment. No tenant should ever have to endure such a situation, let alone clean up after a violent crime. The fact that I do not feel safe in my own home is deeply troubling and unacceptable.Furthermore, the overall conditions at The Hills are deplorable, contributing to the sense of danger and discomfort. The property is frequently littered with trash, cars broken into because of poor security, creating an unsanitary and unwelcoming environment for all residents. These conditions are a blatant violation of basic living standards and should be rectified immediately.I am urging the Better Business Bureau to investigate ******* Blessing/The Hills apartment complex and hold the management accountable for the unsafe and unsanitary conditions that are putting residents at risk. I believe every tenant deserves to feel secure in their home, and the current state of affairs at ********* is far from providing that sense of security.

    As you are aware, some situations are unfortunately beyond our control. We understand the situation that occurred on September 2 are unsettling, however, the previous Manager and the new Manager have done exactly what they needed to do according to the city in order to rectify the situation. In ********, new legislation requires landlords and management companies to adhere to specific processes for evictions. Our team has diligently followed all necessary procedures from our side - and the matter has been in the hands of the city's authorities. We have not heard from 6-7 residents regarding being released from their leases, we do advise all residents who have a complaint to meet with the Property Manager in person. We have encouraged residents in the past who have had a complaint against another resident to have sufficient evidence to avoid he said/she said situation. If you have evidence and need to bring it to our attention please go to the office at your earliest convenience and the Property Manager will be able to assist you.
